Wow! has it really been since Christmas? Been too long! Sorry about that but remember "The Lumpcast is a podcast of undetermined length, publishing frequency or topic". Since I am receiving almost all positive feedback, I guess I should make an effort to be more consistent.
I I think I have finally managed to dial everything in so that I can actually do a live stream and record it at the same time. The audio may still be a bit rough but I think that can be tweaked for the next one. I am also able to take on air calls which is kewl.
I don't think my mic is very good and I need to rework how my voice gets into the recorded end of it. Justplaindave on the other end seemed to have no issues understanding me nor I him. The recorded end of it is not so pretty though. There pops and hisses that I did not notice during the live portion of it. If you continue reading you will be taken to the show notes and video of the attempt.

I opened the show with Excellent Adventure doing a tune called G-whiz here are a few band related sites for you:
- The Bands Page over at the Podsafe Music Network
- The blog at podshow
- Thier page on Tripod
- I stuck with the same band and played Strange Weather
- This part of the show was the most fun for me. Kudos to Gizmo. The VOIP client not only has a built in recorder but for 35.00 US dollars a year I can get unlimited incoming calls. Justplaindave from the Wyldryde IRC, more specifically #davesplace, was kewl enough to dial in. The audio quality was pretty darn good and it is so nice to actually be able to involve others in this.

Moved on to play Le Vent by David Cyr and followed it immediately with Grover's Tune by Excellent Adventure. Here are a few David Cyr Links:
- His page over at Podshow.
- Blog at podshow
- His MySpace Page
- I chatted for a bit and closed with a song by Danny Fong, the song really needs no introduction and I like what this young singer does. You can also find him at YouTube
