I don't know why but I never saw this one coming. A home made, cocaine smuggling Submarine. I really should have seen this one coming. I remember reading about such a project, the submarine part anyhow, in an old issue of Polpular Mechanics. Accourding to the original Boing Boing article, it has happened before.
Just in case you are brave enough, you can find a list of submarine plans easily on the Internet. And, thanks be to the Big Guy in the Sky, others have built them, others is plural BTW...
Sounds like a kewl project but lets keep the drugs out of it.
