For any of you who have known me for any period of time, you must be aware that I am a major fan of Chris Pirillo of lockergnome. Chris and I, digitally speaking, go back a number of years. He has been better to me than I deserve and has helped me immensely by sharing his brain of knowledge. I have even ranted about reasons to love lockergnome. (These are just a few of the many praises I give this person and organization.)
I have also written about the benefits of his chat room. Early this AM, I happened on great news in my in box. Lockergnome is doing a beta of a blog/news site. Maybe it is better said that they are re-tooling the old site. Nonetheless, it is awesome news.
They are calling it lockergnome-nexus and it is an evolution of the old great service to a new better service. It represents a "change of the guard" for Chris will no longer be associated with it but, he assures us, things are for the best. He is leaving it in the hands of his future wife. Lumpy is excited. You should be too.
They are looking for contributors. If you are a web-writter/blogger, I suggest you read over the terms of service and get on board.
